Self defence for women

Master Wim Maulany also teaches self defence for women from 14 to 55 years in Wierden.  His workshops are specially focused on safety and defence for women. You learn what to do when someone would attack you. For example, keeping you from freezing from fear in such an horrible situation.

Content of the workshop
    •    What is allowed to do in order to defend yourself?
    •    How can you block hits, strangulation, elbow techniques, kicks other kind of attacks.
    •    How to build up self confidence.
    •    How to learn to be observant, be alert, be intuitative.
    •    How defend yourself verbally.

    •    Tai Chi Chuan

You do not have to be strong, flexible or sportive. This workshop is recommended to anyone who wants to learn self defence techniques. It is advised that women who had experienced violent actions to contact Master Maulany first.
